Terms of Use
Version 2 · in effect from 10 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and RAXENOR (RAXENOR SOFTWARE SOLUTION) for using RAXENOR Academy (academy.raxenorsoftware.com). Please read them with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Notice, which are part of the same agreement.
Who can use the Academy
- You must be 18 or older. We refuse sign-ups from anyone who does not confirm this.
- One account is for one person. Give your real name and an email address you use, and don't pretend to be someone else.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at support@raxenorsoftware.com if you think someone else has used it.
- During the early "invite-only" period, you need an invitation to sign up.
What the Academy gives you
- Basic modules are free to read.
- Advanced modules and the practical workspace (where you run code) will be paid. Until payment is available they show "coming soon". When they go on sale, the price and what you get will be shown before you pay, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
- We keep improving the Academy, so lessons, features and the way things look may change. While we are new, some things may not work perfectly: please use Report a problem to tell us.
Your code and our lessons
- Your code is yours. By running it, you let us store it and run it in our sandbox so we can show you the result and your earlier work. We do not use it for anything else.
- The lessons are ours. The text, exercises and diagrams are © RAXENOR. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, republish, sell or share them, in whole or in large part, without our written permission.
- Short quotes for discussion, with credit to RAXENOR Academy, are fine.
Using the Academy fairly
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't attack, overload or try to escape the code sandbox; don't use the Academy to harm others; don't break the law.
Ending your account
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account on your Account page. The Privacy Notice explains what happens to your data.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.
Our responsibility
- We provide the Academy as it is, and we work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
- Lessons teach general skills. They are not professional advice for your own systems: test anything before you rely on it.
- As far as the law allows, RAXENOR is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or data) from using the Academy. If you paid us, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we publish a new version here. For changes that matter, we will ask you to read and accept them the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Complaints
Please write to our Grievance Officer, Deepak Anand: support@raxenorsoftware.com. A report sent with Report a problem shows its reference number straight away; for a complaint by email, our acknowledgement gives you one. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require (Rule 4(5)).
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India. Please contact us first; most problems can be fixed with an email.
